Coaching Philosophy; for football players involves more than showing up with a whistle, a team sheet, it also requires a lot of preparation for the training; having a philosophy in place and sticking to it as best KFC can sets the tone for a good season and being involved in a league that promotes the values of KFC coaching for everyone’s enjoyment. Coaching philosophy reflects the standards KFC have set for our team, and is the foundation of KFC coaching values and beliefs, it’ s like a road map, such as:
• Focusing on the best interests and well-being of every player
• Promoting the respect of players and coaches on both teams, as well as officials
